Electralloy is proud to announce that Chad Bowler has been promoted to Inside Sales Manager, effective July 2023. 

Chad’s path is proof that hard work and dedication do pay off.

Chad joined Electralloy in 2011 in an entry level position as a pig pounder.  From there he transitioned into a Grinder role. After two years in the shop Chad had the opportunity to move into the office as an Inside Sales Technician.

Chad was promoted to an Inside Sales Specialist position before being tabbed for his current position as Inside Sales Manager.

Chad’s responsibilities include assisting the VP of Sales in leading and managing the inside sales team, driving sales growth, and helping to build and maintain the strong relationships with Electralloy’s customer base.  Chad will also be working closely with the Quality, Technology, and Production Planning departments as a liaison between the sales department and various customer requirements.

Prior to joining Electralloy, Chad held various positions over a five year tenure with W.S. Packaging Group.

When he isn’t hard at work at Electralloy, Chad serves as President of Cranberry Little League Baseball and its 180+ participating kids, he is a Board Member for Cranberry Flag Football and is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.

A family man, Chad has been married for ten years and has three boys and one girl.
