Oil City, PA / December 26, 2022: Electralloy announces that Tracy T. Rudolph, the company’s President and COO, will retire effective May 6, 2023. Joseph C. Paparone II, current Electralloy CFO, will serve as President / COO effective January 1, 2023, at which point Mr. Rudolph will assist in the transition process through his retirement date.
Mr. Rudolph started his career at Electralloy in 1974 as a Maintenance Supervisor. He moved on to become Plant Manager then Vice President of Operations in 1991, and has been serving as President / COO since 1999. During his lengthy tenure, he shepherded the company through the best and as well as the most difficult of times the steel industry has experienced. Along with the executive management team and ownership, Mr. Rudolph has helped navigate, adapt, and promote Electralloy through a variety of ever changing market landscapes.

Taking over for Mr. Rudolph will be Joseph C. Paparone II. Per Mr. Rudolph, “I look forward to continuing to collaborate directly with Joe. Joe is the right person, at the right time, to take charge and lead Electralloy to the next level of success.”
