Electralloy, a leading custom producer of specialty and stainless steels has announced Joseph C. Paparone II, who joined Electralloy in October, 2013, will assume the office of  VP-Finance—CFO, with the retirement of Bill Warren.  In his new position, Paparone will be responsible for accounting and finance functions including financial reporting, operational budgets, governmental compliance, and corporate administration.

Bill Warren has served Electralloy since October of 1996 when he joined the company.  Bill will have no trouble keeping busy in retirement; in addition to catching up on yard work, he and his wife Linda plan on spending extended time with their three daughters and seven grandchildren.   Everyone at Electralloy wishes Bill and his family the best of luck and a long and happy retirement!

Joe Paparoneís career in public accounting began in 1991 after he earned a BA in Accounting from Grove City College.  In 1996, Paparone became a CPA, successfully serving a broad range of clients in the manufacturing, distribution, non-profit, government and professional service industries.

Prior to joining Electralloy, Paparone served as a Board Director for Mercer County State Bank and was VP-Special Projects with responsibilities that included overseeing operating practices and long-range planning.

Active in his community, Paparone has also served as a past treasurer, board member and officer of numerous local non-profit organizations. Paparone is married with two children, and enjoys any outdoor activities and sports.
