Originally from Dempseytown, PA, Stephanie currently resides in Oil City, PA.

1. What inspired you to pursue a career in inside sales?
I love talking to people and solving their problems, which makes every day interesting and rewarding.
2. What do you enjoy most about working with customers?
I enjoy making customers happy and getting to know them personally, which helps me do a better job and also makes my work more fulfilling.
3. How do you stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers?
I enhance my knowledge of products by conducting research on customer inquiries, engaging in discussions with colleagues in various departments, and participating in educational events related to the industry.
4. What is your mindset when it comes to your inside sales responsibilities?
I just stay focused on really understanding customers and being honest with them, which helps build trust.
5. How do you handle challenging situations or customer concerns?
I see challenges as lessons, adapting to solve problems and showing customers I care about their issues.
6. What do you see as the most exciting aspect of your role in the future?
I'm excited to bring new ideas to help Electralloy grow and improve, especially during changing and challenging market situations.
